Overview

The UI/UX Designer crafts intuitive, visually compelling experiences for data‑dense web applications, collaborating across product, development, and client teams. They drive design quality using AI‑enhanced tools and mentor junior designers in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge of design tools
• Create and execute standard usability testing plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product designs
• Gather requirements and validate designs
• Support and mentor junior UI/UX designers
• Oversee UI and overall customer‑experience design for key web applications
• Manage and prioritize multiple project timelines in a fast‑paced environment
• Adopt a data‑driven approach to present design solutions
• Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines
• Leverage AI‑powered design and research tools for ideation, prototyping, and usability analysis
• Perform any other reasonable activity required by management

Eligibility

• UI/UX design expertise with strong visual and interaction skills
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS or data‑dense web application design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field
