Product Manager

Overview

Coforge is seeking an experienced Airline Product Manager to lead vision, strategy, and execution of next‑generation airline technology solutions across retailing, operations and AI‑driven automation. The role involves end‑to‑end product lifecycle ownership and collaboration with airline customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with airline customers, stakeholders, architects and engineering to prioritize initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and adoption.
• Drive development across key domains such as Passenger Service Systems, retailing, Offer & Order Management, NDC, operations and AI solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and gather requirements to inform product decisions.

Eligibility

• Deep domain expertise in airline industry and airline technology ecosystems.
• 14+ years of experience in product management, aviation consulting or digital transformation.
