Overview
The Senior Director of Product Management leads the strategy, vision, and execution of Cotiviti’s Consumer Engagement product portfolio, mentoring a product team and driving innovative, AI‑enabled solutions for health‑care quality measurement and risk adjustment.
Salary
$191,000-$230,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing product management team
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovation
- Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success while managing budgets, timelines, and risks
Eligibility
- Expertise in consumer engagement, health‑care quality measurement (NCQA HEDIS, Star Ratings) and risk adjustment
- 12+ years product management experience with at least 5 years in leadership, proven software launch track record
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred
