Overview

Helix is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of clinical genomics workflow tools, shaping products for case management, data delivery, and AI‑driven automation. The role bridges lab directors, scientists, and engineering to deliver high‑quality genomic insights.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for case management, data workflows, clinical review, sign‑out, and data delivery.
• Drive AI‑powered innovation from user research to prototypes and specifications.
• Translate nuanced clinical needs into scalable, prioritized product requirements.
• Balance high‑stakes tradeoffs to ensure efficiency, scalability, and clinical quality.
• Unify cross‑functional teams and oversee product health, including data privacy, security, and governance.

Eligibility

• Deep experience or knowledge of clinical genomics and variant interpretation.
• 3+ years of software product management experience in a biotech laboratory, preferably clinical.
• B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
