Overview
Senior Product Manager for Search, Indexing and Query at Couchbase, leading the product vision and execution for SQL++ query, secondary indexing, full‑text and vector/hybrid search across Capella and Couchbase Enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end product vision and roadmap for SQL++ query, secondary indexes, full‑text and vector/hybrid search across Capella and Couchbase Enterprise
- Define PRFAQs/PRDs, drive launch, adoption and post‑launch iteration including performance, cost and benchmark positioning
- Partner with engineering, sales, GTM and AI teams to deliver developer experience, AI retrieval capabilities and cross‑portfolio integration
- Lead design‑partner programs, create sales enablement content and act as product owner in customer briefings, webinars and analyst engagements
- Champion AI‑driven product management practices and mentor junior PMs
Eligibility
- Product management experience on technical platforms (database, search, analytics, AI infrastructure)
- 7+ years total product management experience with at least 3 years on a systems‑level product; strong systems depth and AI retrieval knowledge
