Overview
Senior Product Manager, AI at Couchbase will own end‑to‑end execution of a defined AI capability area across Capella and Enterprise, driving product strategy, roadmap, launch and post‑launch adoption.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the AI capability area, authoring PRFAQs, PRDs and managing launch and iteration
- Work backwards from enterprise customers, validate concepts, and make clear trade‑off decisions
- Partner closely with engineering, sales, GTM, marketing and AI specialist teams to deliver high‑quality features
- Lead design‑partner programs, build reference customers and create enablement content for sales and marketing
- Drive AI‑driven product management practices, mentor junior PMs and contribute to cross‑portfolio standards
Eligibility
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years on a technical platform such as database, data infrastructure or AI
- Deep technical fluency in modern AI infrastructure (vector search, embeddings, RAG, model serving, frontier models) and familiarity with Anthropic Claude preferred
- Proven track record of shipping products from concept to adoption, strong written communication and ability to work cross‑functionally
