Overview
The Senior Product Manager will own the virtual event experience for Cvent's Goldcast product, partnering with engineering, design, and customer teams to drive AI‑enabled features from insight to delivery. The role emphasizes collaborative decision‑making, data‑driven discovery, and integration across Cvent’s suite.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, video production specialists, and customer success to gather and document requirements for virtual event experiences
- Conduct continuous discovery using customer interviews and AI‑assisted prototyping to shape product roadmaps
- Analyze usage and engagement data across the event lifecycle to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead sprint teams, manage backlog priorities, and ensure timely delivery of features, especially AI‑powered ones
- Define quality standards, create training materials, and support integration between Goldcast and the broader Cvent suite
Eligibility
- Minimum 12 years product management experience, with 5+ years in SaaS
- Proven experience shipping AI‑enabled features, prompt engineering, and evaluating LLM outputs
- Familiarity with virtual, webinar, or hybrid event technology and video/streaming concepts
