Overview
Senior Product Manager responsible for owning the AI‑first product roadmap, driving cross‑functional execution, and building high‑performing teams at Cvent.
Experience
12-15 years total, 7+ years product management
Responsibilities
- Define and execute domain roadmap tied to measurable OKRs, leading problem discovery and go‑to‑market readiness.
- Embed AI throughout product development, own AI‑powered feature delivery, and ensure compliance with responsible AI standards.
- Maintain delivery health by managing sprint hygiene, backlog health, SLI/SLO monitoring, and data‑driven prioritization using tools like Mixpanel and ProductBoard.
- Lead stakeholder alignment across Sales, CS, Engineering, UX, and leadership, providing clear updates and influencing without authority.
- Mentor junior PMs, build AI competency within the squad, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

- 12–15 years overall experience with 7+ years in product management for technology products
