Senior Product Designer

Overview

Senior Product Designer leading end‑to‑end design for consumer and B2B2C products at Delivery Hero India, owning strategy, research, UX/UI and AI‑powered prototyping while mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering leadership to define roadmaps and translate business goals into design strategies
• Lead 0‑to‑1 product development from concept through launch, including MVP definition and rapid iteration
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, synthesize insights into personas, journey maps and growth opportunities
• Own full‑stack UX/UI delivery: wireframes, flows, information architecture, high‑fidelity designs and interactive prototypes across web, Android and iOS
• Drive and maintain the global design system and ensure scalability across platforms
• Design and execute growth experiments, A/B tests and micro‑loops to improve acquisition, activation and retention
• Utilize generative AI and low‑code prototyping tools to build functional prototypes and accelerate workflow

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in consumer and B2B2C product design for high‑scale applications
• 5–8 years of experience leading end‑to‑end product design and AI‑assisted prototyping
