UX Designer, AVP

Overview

Deutsche Bank is seeking an experienced UX Designer to lead UI/UX design for a new Transaction Lifecycle Management product, translating complex financial workflows into intuitive interfaces. The role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and TLM subject‑matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys and usability testing to uncover needs and pain points
• Define information architecture, site maps and navigation flows
• Create wireframes, mock‑ups and interactive prototypes and iterate based on feedback
• Design high‑fidelity UI consistent with the design system and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with TLM product experts, product managers, engineers and business stakeholders
• Plan and execute usability testing and incorporate findings
• Produce comprehensive design documentation and ensure accessibility compliance

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in financial services, especially transaction lifecycle management
• 5+ years experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer with enterprise application portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic/Interaction Design, Computer Science or equivalent
