Job Description
Overview
Technical Product Manager on DexCare's Platform Foundations team, responsible for identity, authentication, tenant, license management and API gateway across a multi‑tenant healthcare platform.
Experience
7-9 years
Responsibilities
- Define and own roadmap for identity & authentication (SSO, MFA, federated identity) and session management
- Design and manage multi‑tenant user and tenant management, including role‑based access control and org‑hierarchy modeling
- Develop product requirements for license/entitlement management and usage tracking
- Prioritize and shape API gateway capabilities such as rate limiting, routing, versioning and access policies
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams to meet HIPAA, SOC 2, FedRAMP requirements while maintaining product velocity
Eligibility
- 7-9 years product management experience, especially in platform, infrastructure or identity/access domains
- Direct experience with authentication/authorization systems, multi‑tenant SaaS architecture, or API platform products
- Proven track record of migrating legacy systems to multi‑tenant SaaS with live customers
- Experience in healthcare technology or other regulated industries (strong plus)
- No specific educational requirement
