Responsibilities
- Design and refine end‑to‑end customer journeys across core financial features
- Partner with product, engineering, data, compliance and finance teams to define requirements and validate designs through research and usability testing
- Establish and maintain design patterns and systems for consistency and simplicity
- Identify friction points and create solutions that improve usability, clarity, confidence and compliance
- Champion quality and polish, ensuring interactions meet reliability, trust and regulatory standards
Eligibility
- 7+ years designing consumer‑facing digital products, preferably financial services
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systematic design, impact on user satisfaction and retention
- Experience with design systems, patterns or design operations preferred
