Overview
Design role at Slice focusing on creating elegant, customer‑focused designs for banking products, collaborating with product, tech and business teams, and presenting solutions via wireframes, mock‑ups and prototypes.
Experience

Responsibilities
- Identify new product improvement opportunities based on market needs and consumer preferences.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, define problem statements, and lead design engagements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to outline and execute mid‑scale projects from start to finish.
- Enhance user experience by optimizing content, design, interaction and ensure design quality and consistency.
- Conduct user research, incorporate feedback, iterate designs, and provide recommendations on solution approaches.
Eligibility
- Design expertise in consumer‑focused UI/UX products
- 3-6 years of experience designing in consumer‑focused product companies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience
