Senior Product Designer for EarnIn's Financial Intelligence Platform, responsible for designing core financial experiences such as bank connectivity, earnings tracking, and repayment, working cross‑functionally in a hybrid Bengaluru role.

Responsibilities
- Design and refine core experiences across the full customer journey, including bank connection, earnings tracking, and repayment
- Partner with product, engineering, data, compliance, risk, and finance teams to define requirements and validate solutions through research and usability testing
- Establish and maintain design patterns and systems to ensure consistency and simplicity across the Financial Intelligence Platform
- Identify friction points and create solutions that improve usability, clarity, confidence, and regulatory compliance
- Champion quality, polish, and compliance while fostering a collaborative design culture
Eligibility
- 7+ years designing consumer‑facing digital products, especially financial
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systematic design and measurable impact on user satisfaction
