Overview
BitGo is seeking a Product Designer to shape fintech experiences for institutional clients, working end‑to‑end from research to launch. The role blends user advocacy with business goals in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
Experience
5+ years
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design work from framing problems to shipping polished product experiences
- Conduct research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing and iterative refinement
- Translate insights into personas, journeys, flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity UI for complex, data‑heavy workflows
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers and cross‑functional teams, facilitating critiques and workshops
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to improve consistency, quality and velocity
Eligibility
- 5+ years of product design experience for web or mobile
- Strong UX fundamentals with ability to simplify complex, technical or systems‑heavy products
- Portfolio demonstrating design process, decision‑making and measurable impact
- Experience in fintech, trading platforms, blockchain or institutional financial products (nice to have)
