Overview
Senior Product Manager responsible for vision, strategy and roadmap of SmartSense CRE, Ecolibrium's commercial real estate product line, driving AI-enabled IoT solutions. Works cross‑functionally with engineering, design, sales and operations to translate market insight into high‑quality products.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for AI‑enabled energy and building management tools
- Define product requirements and guide development of AI-driven features from concept to launch
- Engage stakeholders and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and inform decisions
- Partner with sales and presales to support go‑to‑market activities and accurate AI capability positioning
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record
- Domain expertise in IoT, building management systems or related energy management industries
