Product Manager-Employee Benefits (Group Insurance)

Overview

Edme Insurance Brokers is hiring a Product Manager to lead the Employee Benefits Insurance platform, focusing on group insurance products for HR admins and employees. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, cross‑functional coordination, and KPI‑driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Employee Benefits platform, emphasizing Group Insurance.
• Translate business and client requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and specifications.
• Conduct user research with HR admins, employees, and internal teams to gather requirements and validate concepts.
• Coordinate development, design, UAT, launch readiness and mentor the Associate Product Manager.
• Define and track KPIs, using data and feedback to continuously improve enrollment, endorsement, and claims experiences.

Eligibility

• Product Management experience in Insurance, InsurTech, Employee Benefits, or BFSI.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience, preferably with Group Insurance products.
