Product Manager-Employee Benefits (Group Insurance)

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to own the Employee Benefits Insurance platform for B2B clients in Mumbai, reporting to the CTO. The role will drive the product roadmap, user experience, and cross‑functional delivery of group insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and backlog for the employee benefits platform, focusing on group insurance products
• Gather requirements, conduct user research, and translate business needs into clear PRDs and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering, design, claims, operations and sales to deliver features and ensure launch readiness
• Define and track KPIs such as enrollment completion, claims turnaround and NPS, using data to drive improvements
• Mentor the Associate Product Manager and coordinate cross‑functional teams for seamless product delivery

Eligibility

• Product Management experience in Insurance, InsurTech, Employee Benefits or BFSI
• 4-7 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of Group Insurance products
