Product Manager - Gen AI

Overview

The Product Manager Gen AI will drive strategy, development and optimization of Generative AI products for a bank, focusing on digital touchpoints and seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle for Gen AI‑powered digital channels and customer experience solutions
• Collaborate with design, platform, operations and technology teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Champion customer‑centricity and drive initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, user flow and data flow diagrams while supporting Agile delivery
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and contribute to product documentation

Eligibility

• Expertise in Generative AI and digital product development
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML or digital platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Computer Applications, Commerce or Business Administration; MBA/PGDM preferred
