Product Manager - Gen AI

Overview

The Product Manager – Gen AI will lead the strategy, development and optimization of generative AI‑driven digital products for the bank, focusing on enhancing customer experience across digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle for Gen AI‑powered digital channels and customer experience solutions.
• Collaborate with design, platform, operations and technology teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Champion customer‑centricity and drive initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, user flow and data flow diagrams while ensuring agile delivery and timely releases.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and support product documentation and issue resolution.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience in AI/ML, digital platforms or customer experience domains
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their application in digital products
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Computer Applications, Commerce or Business Administration; MBA/PGDM preferred
