Senior Product Designer

Overview

Senior Product Designer leading end‑to‑end design for the Checkout Platform across Expedia Group brands, creating secure, intuitive and high‑performing checkout experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end‑to‑end product design for a defined Checkout Platform area, from discovery through iteration.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers and analysts to frame problems, explore solutions and define success metrics.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs that meet usability and craft standards.
• Contribute to platform experience strategy, ensuring scalability, accessibility and alignment with design systems and operational goals.
• Facilitate design workshops, provide critique and mentorship, and champion inclusive design and AI‑driven enhancements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, UX or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of professional product/UX/interaction design experience with a track record of shipping digital products at scale
• Demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end design, cross‑functional collaboration and experience in checkout, payments or high‑stakes transactional domains
