Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager leading the Orders & Reservations platform at Expedia Group, responsible for shaping product vision, strategy, and roadmap to improve the Book-to-Serve journey. The role focuses on reducing failed customer interactions through better orchestration, AI/ML, and cross‑functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for order management and reservations.
• Partner with engineering to design APIs, distributed systems, and cloud integrations that improve orchestration and intelligent routing.
• Drive down failed customer interactions via incident learnings, root‑cause analysis, and monitoring improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery across product, engineering, design, analytics, finance, and risk, creating PRDs and executive updates.
• Apply AI/ML, LLMs, and automation to detect and prevent booking, payment, and servicing failures.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in commerce/booking journeys and large‑scale platform products.
• Minimum 7+ years product management experience with technical fluency and cross‑functional leadership.
• Preferred MBA or technical degree (e.g., computer science, engineering).
