Overview
The Product Manager, Strategic Integrations leads product strategy and execution for integration initiatives within Experian Employer Services, partnering with alliances and driving data connectivity across HCM and payroll systems. The role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management and focuses on scalable, AI‑enabled solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy development for priority integration projects and identify high‑value connectivity opportunities.
- Partner with Partnerships and Alliances to prioritize and assess integration opportunities, including embedded and co‑created solutions.
- Define and execute discovery, success metrics, and communication for integration initiatives, guiding trade‑offs and progress.
- Shape scalable data connection strategy across HCM, payroll, and related source systems while reusing capabilities.
- Identify high‑value generative AI opportunities and evaluate build‑versus‑partner trade‑offs with technical teams.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in HR Tech, employer services, HCM/payroll ecosystems
- 4+ years product management experience with software/platform/integration products, ecosystem/partnership integrations, and AI/LLM exposure
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
