Product Manager - Growth Acquisition

Overview

Product Manager responsible for migrating Kin’s legacy quoting system to a new multi‑product platform and enhancing the quoting experience across agents and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and execution for migrating and modernizing the quoting foundation and multi‑channel capabilities
• Partner with engineering, design and stakeholders to move quoting features from prototype to production
• Orchestrate cross‑team dependencies, manage timelines, and surface risks early
• Drive incremental improvements and experiments to reduce time‑to‑quote and increase conversion
• Build and scale AI‑native workflows and define specs for reliable quoting functionality

Eligibility

• 5+ years product management experience with ownership of platforms, APIs or funnel products
• Proven experience in large‑scale platform modernization or re‑platforming
• Technical fluency to contribute to architecture, data models, and regulatory considerations
• Hands‑on SQL/BI skills (e.g., Databricks, Looker) and experience with quoting or sales workflows
• Ability to operate in ambiguity across multiple stakeholder groups
