Overview
The Advisor, Product Management (Automation QA) at Fiserv leads the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality software delivery. The role involves mentoring junior QA staff and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of automated test frameworks and test suites.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into test strategies and technical test plans.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and backend systems, including functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects while maintaining automation codebases and participating in peer reviews.
- Mentor junior QA associates and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in quality assurance and test automation, preferably within financial services.
- 10-12 years QA and test automation experience; 10+ years Selenium/Java; 10+ years SQL; 8+ years API testing; 8+ years CI/CD and DevOps; 8+ years cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP); 10-12 years Agile methodology experience.
- Equivalent combination of educational background and related experience; no specific degree mandated.
