Senior Product Manager leading digital, automation and AI products for Visa Client Services, shaping strategy, roadmap and delivery across the enterprise client lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital, automation, AI and integration capabilities
- Lead end-to-end product management including discovery, design, testing, release and optimization
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with business, technology, design and client services teams to deliver user‑centric solutions
- Use AI to identify use cases, assess data/model feasibility, build prototypes and ensure responsible AI deployment
- Mentor product managers, govern portfolio planning and communicate strategy to senior leadership
Eligibility
- Strong expertise in enterprise product management, digital automation and AI solutions
- 8+ years of experience (5+ years in product management) delivering complex platform or AI products; experience in payments or fintech preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree such as MBA, MS, JD, MD) required
