Senior Product Manager

Overview

The role is a product-focused position at Freshworks, responsible for owning and building end‑to‑end CX modules while championing customer needs and delivering iterative value. It requires cross‑functional collaboration and a data‑driven, AI‑enabled approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and build modules for differentiation and growth, overseeing planning, development, release, and measurement
• Act as a customer champion, bridging customers and engineering to ensure solutions meet needs
• Practice craftsmanship by delivering delightful user experiences and iterating small, frequent features
• Communicate clearly with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership to align vision
• Break down complex problems into incremental phases, maintaining urgency and overall vision

Eligibility

• 8+ years experience in global/cross‑functional software teams, preferably SaaS
• Experience building CX (customer experience) products is a plus
