Staff Product Manager

Overview

Freshworks is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead its AI Agent product line, shaping strategy and driving adoption across customer and employee experience solutions. The role collaborates closely with product, engineering and go‑to‑market teams in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Define long‑term product strategy and vision using customer research and emerging AI technologies
• Own product roadmap, requirement definition, and prioritization across sprints and releases
• Set and track business metrics and OKRs, driving adoption and usage
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver AI‑focused features and solutions
• Translate complex AI/ML processes into technical requirements and oversee end‑to‑end product delivery

Eligibility

• Deep expertise in AI/ML, NLP and Agentic AI systems
• 10+ years in global software teams, 7+ years product management, and 3+ years managing AI/ML products
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred
