Senior Staff Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of GridOS Field, a unified field software platform for utilities. The role shapes how field crews capture and maintain critical data across electric, gas, water, and telecom networks.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for GridOS Field.
• Engage directly with utility customers to validate problems and gather requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, UX, and peer PMs to ship high‑quality releases on a predictable cadence.
• Apply AI to accelerate damage triage, image capture, and data quality workflows.
• Support sales and delivery teams, create positioning material, and guide customers migrating from legacy tools.

Eligibility

• Product management experience with complex enterprise software, preferably in utilities, energy, telecom or other regulated industries.
• Working knowledge of utility field operations, outage restoration, ADMS/DMS/OMS or similar maintenance flows.
• Master's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least six years of professional experience (U.S.) / equivalent for non‑U.S. candidates.
