Product Manager-Application Platform & AI

Overview

The role leads product strategy for the application platform and the flagship AI/agent layer, driving PLG loops, onboarding, and conversational features. It partners with engineering, design, marketing and leadership to deliver data‑driven roadmap and measure adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap for platform‑level features and AI agent capabilities
• Design and implement PLG loops and self‑serve onboarding to increase adoption and reduce time‑to‑value
• Define AI success metrics, lead discovery to rollout of new conversational agents, and ensure accuracy and user trust
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate trade‑offs, and manage expectations
• Build business cases, define KPIs, and use data to validate hypotheses and guide iteration

Eligibility

• Product management experience in SaaS or platform products
• Hands‑on knowledge of AI/ML concepts and conversational agents
• Proven track record of driving PLG initiatives and data‑driven roadmap execution
