Overview
Lead the HackerRank Interviews product, shaping AI‑assisted technical interviewing experiences and driving roadmap, reporting, and integration strategies.
Experience
7+ years total, including 5+ years product management
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for AI‑assisted development features and session observation capabilities
- Define how candidate AI interaction signals are captured and surfaced to interviewers
- Drive reporting and integration strategy across in‑product, exports, APIs and MCP
- Engage directly with engineering customers and senior leadership to translate needs into product decisions
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ship production‑quality AI‑native interview experiences
Eligibility
- 7+ years total professional experience with at least 1 year hands‑on software engineering
- 5+ years product management experience building B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Currently working as a Product Manager; no specific educational constraint
