Director, Data & AI Product Manager

Overview

HG Insights seeks a Principal Data & AI Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of enterprise data and AI solutions, driving cross‑functional product strategy and execution. The role combines market research, technical fluency, and stakeholder alignment to create high‑impact, customer‑centric products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to uncover unmet needs for data and AI solutions
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog based on business value, feasibility, and impact
• Drive cross‑organizational alignment on investment, prioritization, and product roadmaps
• Represent the product in executive reviews, customer engagements, and mentor other product managers

Eligibility

• Extensive product leadership experience in data/AI domains (12+ years, including 0‑to‑1 and scaling enterprise products)
• Hands‑on experience with large datasets, data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with RevTech competitors like ZoomInfo or Demandbase
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
