Senior Product Manager- Aani, Open Finance & Payment Gateway

Overview

Senior Product Manager at Huru will lead the transformation of payment rails into user‑centric products, driving instant transfers, bill payments and Open Finance experiences for both retail and employer users. The role combines product vision, revenue building, and technical ownership of the underlying payment gateway.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Aani experience roadmap for retail and employer surfaces
• Prototype and validate Open‑Finance powered use cases and translate regulatory limits into product features
• Build and manage the bill‑payment and recharge business line, including partner sourcing and revenue mechanics
• Own the Payment Gateway relationship, ensuring uptime, cost efficiency and reliability
• Define and track key performance indicators for feature adoption, transaction success rate and rail uptime

Eligibility

• Fintech product management expertise, especially in payment rails and Open Finance
• 5+ years of product management experience with proven delivery of user‑facing payment features; experience with Aani, RPSCS, UAE Open Finance or India UPI/BBPS preferred
• No specific educational requirement mentioned
