Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Leader responsible for defining and executing product vision, strategy, and roadmap while driving cross‑functional collaboration and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate and evangelise the product vision and long‑term strategy aligned with company goals.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through launch and post‑launch performance analysis.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and build business cases for new product initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, support) and develop go‑to‑market plans.
• Mentor junior product managers and use data‑driven metrics to prioritize features and iterate on product improvements.

Eligibility

• Product management expertise with 10‑14 years of experience.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products, strategic planning and stakeholder leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field; MBA a plus.
