Product Manager

Overview

ICE Mortgage Technology is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Data & Document Automation platform. This role is responsible for identifying customer and business needs and delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong product execution skills with a technical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, pain points, and product opportunities.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and success metrics aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and strategic alignment.
• Leverage customer feedback, market insights, and operational data to inform product decisions.

Eligibility

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Technical Product Management, or related product roles.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and defining requirements in Agile/SDLC environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
