Overview
The Product Manager will lead Fintech & Payment Partnerships at IDFC FIRST Bank, driving strategy, partnership development, and product integration. The role focuses on expanding digital payment solutions and enhancing the bank’s fintech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Fintech & Payment Partnerships aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with fintech and payment providers
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate fintech and payment solutions into digital products
- Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuously improve offerings
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive growth

- Relevant work experience in product management or partnership roles
