Senior Digital Product Manager I

Overview

The Senior Digital Product Manager will lead agile squads to develop and enhance internet and mobile banking experiences for IDFC FIRST Bank customers, driving product strategy and lifecycle from ideation to launch. The role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, market research, and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional agile teams to deliver customer‑centric digital banking solutions
• Define and prioritize product backlog, release plans and manage product lifecycle
• Conduct market research and develop customer engagement funnels
• Own P&L for product features, optimizing budgets and costs
• Monitor team velocity, manage dependencies and drive continuous improvement

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in digital banking and product management
• 4+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in banking
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., B.Tech, B.E.) with an MBA or PGDM
