- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for Business Banking
- Conduct market research and analyze SME customer needs and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, launch and enhance products, managing the full lifecycle
- Monitor product performance, ensure regulatory compliance and make data‑driven improvements
- Train sales teams and conduct competitor analysis to drive adoption and revenue
Eligibility
- Product management expertise in banking or financial services
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, proven track record launching business banking products
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred
