Senior Digital Product Manager II

Overview

The Senior Digital Product Manager will lead agile squads to enhance IDFC FIRST Bank’s internet and mobile banking platforms, driving product strategy and lifecycle from ideation to launch. This role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and deep digital product expertise in banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile cross‑functional squads to deliver customer‑centric digital banking solutions
• Define and prioritize product backlog and release plans, driving Scrum ceremonies
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement
• Conduct market research, build customer engagement funnels, and manage P&L for product features
• Manage cross‑product dependencies, vendor relationships, and ensure performance KPIs

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in digital product management within banking or financial services
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital product management and agile environments
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., B.Tech, B.E.) required; MBA or PGDM preferred
