Senior Product Manager - Conversational AI

Overview

The Senior Product Manager – Conversational AI will lead the strategy, development and scaling of Generative AI-powered products at IDFC FIRST Bank, driving hyper-personalized digital and assisted banking experiences. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, responsible AI adoption, and delivery of scalable conversational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap and strategy for Generative AI initiatives
• Lead end-to-end development of AI-driven products with Data Science, Engineering and Business teams
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance and iterate products based on insights
• Ensure AI models are scalable, explainable, fair, secure and compliant with regulations
• Design intelligent conversational interfaces and automated workflows for digital banking

Eligibility

• Product management expertise with AI/ML focus
• 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably with Generative AI or digital transformation
• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate degree preferred
