UX and UI Designer Technical Solutions

Overview

Senior UX/UI Designer leads end‑to‑end design of complex enterprise applications, driving user research, prototyping, and design system creation in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI design activities for enterprise platforms and digital transformation initiatives
• Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, surveys and translate findings into flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides and UI standards for consistency across applications
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, developers and cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and support agile delivery teams during sprint planning, development and release

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in UX/UI design, interaction design and information architecture
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application design, software program management or digital product design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, IT, Psychology or related field; UX/UI certifications preferred
