UX and UI Designer Technical Solutions

Overview

The role leads end‑to‑end UX/UI design for complex enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives, driving user‑centered solutions across the product lifecycle. It combines hands‑on research, prototyping, and design system stewardship while collaborating with cross‑functional Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI design activities for complex enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives
• Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather insights
• Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards to ensure consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, architects, and development teams in Agile/Scrum environments, providing design support throughout the product lifecycle

Eligibility

• Proven expertise in UX/UI design for enterprise applications such as ERP, Engineering Solutions, and DMS
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, software program management, or digital product design
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, IT, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred
