Senior Capability Analyst / Product Owner / Business Analyst

Overview

The Senior Capability Analyst serves as Product Owner for Scrum teams, overseeing application delivery and guiding Agile processes. The role includes backlog management, release support, and collaboration with Scrum Masters and other Product Owners across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum teams as Product Owner, providing vision and direction from project intake to delivery.
• Translate business problems into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog.
• Facilitate backlog management, iteration planning, and coordinate Scrum ceremonies such as refinements, demos, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Scrum Master to mitigate impediments and ensure cross‑team collaboration on scaled Agile initiatives.
• Support release management, drive size estimates for features, and stay current with Agile/Scrum best practices.

Eligibility

• Pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and healthcare domain expertise
• 3+ years as Business Analyst or Product Owner, 3+ years PBM/pharmacy experience, 3+ years project/demand management experience
