Software Product Manager, ClusterWareAI

Overview

The Software Product Manager, ClusterWareAI will lead strategy, roadmap and execution of Penguin Solutions’ cluster management software for AI factories, driving rapid deployment, automation and operational efficiency across AI and HPC environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for ClusterWareAI aligned with the AI Factory Platform
• Translate customer needs from hyperscalers, enterprises and research institutions into scalable product requirements
• Partner with engineering to deliver features such as provisioning, orchestration, scheduling, monitoring and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with go‑to‑market teams on positioning, pricing and customer adoption while engaging directly with customers and partners
• Track market trends in AI infrastructure, Kubernetes and HPC to inform innovation

Eligibility

• Expertise in distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure and cluster management
• Minimum 5+ years product management experience in enterprise or infrastructure software, with experience in Kubernetes, HPC or GPU computing
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
