Overview
Penguin Solutions is seeking a Software Product Manager for ClusterWareAI to lead strategy, roadmap and execution of its AI Factory Platform's cluster management software, driving automated provisioning, orchestration and lifecycle management for large‑scale AI and HPC environments. The role collaborates with engineering, sales and customers to deliver features such as provisioning, scheduling, monitoring and capacity management.

Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for ClusterWareAI aligned with the AI Factory Platform
- Define and prioritize capabilities for rapid deployment, automation and operational efficiency of AI clusters
- Translate customer needs from hyperscalers, enterprises and research institutions into scalable product requirements
- Partner with engineering to deliver features including provisioning, orchestration, scheduling, monitoring and lifecycle management
- Work with go‑to‑market teams and engage customers/partners to validate direction, support positioning, pricing and drive adoption
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure, HPC and cloud platforms
- 5+ years product management experience in enterprise or infrastructure software; experience with Kubernetes, GPU computing preferred
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
