Overview

Vice President, Data Strategy leads data product ownership and delivery within JPMorgan Chase's CCOR data management organization, shaping data strategies, governance, and risk mitigation. The role collaborates with business, analytics, and technology partners to build trusted data assets and drive AI/ML‑enabled innovation.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans to deliver data solutions supporting business operations and organizational goals.
• Own and manage one or more CCOR data product lines, including requirements capture, design, testing, and delivery coordination.
• Lead project execution, risk mitigation, and timeline management while overseeing data documentation, metadata, and classification.
• Develop and oversee processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks across the data lifecycle and partner with CDO and technology teams on data management tools.
• Guide and mentor direct or matrixed staff, develop data visualisation prototypes, and ensure timely resolution of data issues.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in data management, governance, risk analytics, or related fields
• Proven leadership experience managing large‑scale data lake/warehouse projects and cross‑functional teams
