Overview

The Vice President, Product Manager will lead the delivery and roadmap for enterprise collaboration applications at JPMorgan Chase, driving AI-enabled capabilities and risk automation for a global workforce. The role partners with engineering, design, and senior stakeholders across multiple regions to translate customer needs into product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog and vision, prioritizing work that advances the roadmap and delivers measurable value
• Drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including planning, execution, AI feature delivery, and risk‑automation capabilities
• Partner with engineering, design, and global stakeholders to balance business delivery, technology enablement, and operational stability
• Define target outcomes, measure product performance against success metrics, and influence senior leadership
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to inform the product roadmap

Eligibility

• Product management expertise in enterprise collaboration platforms
• Minimum 10 years of product management experience, including AI/automation and cloud concepts; experience with agile and scrum methodologies
