Overview

The role involves managing and delivering accurate MIS reporting, building analytical dashboards, and driving process automation for the Investment Product Team at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The candidate will work closely with multiple stakeholders to streamline data insights and support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of business and product MIS.
• Collect information from stakeholders, prepare transaction MIS, and perform reconciliations.
• Design and maintain dashboards that provide business insights to management.
• Analyze trends, anomalies, and issues across processes and recommend improvements.
• Implement automation solutions to reduce manual reporting and operational tasks.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in data analytics, MIS reporting, and business intelligence.
• 3-5 years of experience in reporting, big data analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Graduate degree required; a Management degree is an added advantage.
