The Product Manager – SME (BET) will lead AI-driven product journeys for Wholesale Banking, owning the process from concept through execution. The role focuses on digitising onboarding, credit processing and client servicing to drive transformation, growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end ownership of AI‑driven journey and product rollouts for Wholesale Banking
- Translate business needs of RM, Credit and Operations into clear product requirements
- Drive digitisation across key SME banking journeys such as onboarding, credit processing and client servicing
- Collaborate with AI, technology and transformation partners to deliver scalable solutions
- Monitor adoption, operational efficiency and measurable business impact
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in Wholesale/SME banking and product management
- 6–10 years of experience in product management or digital roles within Banking, NBFCs or FinTech
