Overview
The Department SME – Tech Project role involves managing tech initiatives, digitizing processes, and improving customer experience. The candidate will work as a business product manager and be responsible for understanding existing processes and designing digital journeys. The role is based in Mumbai and reports to the National Product Manager.
Experience
3-7 years in MSME product management or digital journey development or MSME asset sales
Responsibilities
- Managing tech initiatives of one SME as a business product manager
- Identifying ways to digitize existing processes using AI/tech
- Defining requirements for digital/automation journeys for MSME customers
- Taking internal approvals from various teams
- Working closely with internal teams to improve the product
- Conducting UAT and production sanity testing
- Handling day-to-day challenges and resolving them
- Continually improving customer experience and simplifying existing journeys
Eligibility
- Good knowledge of asset side
- Understanding of digital journeys
- B.E., B. Tech, CA, MBA from a top B school
- Strong analytical capabilities
